Located only two hours from the Twin Cities on the “big water” of Lake Osakis, Head of the Lakes has been serving up family fun for years. The resorts location is ideal. It is situated on the northeast corner of the big lake with easy access to the wind protected Little Osakis Lake. Guests can enjoy two lakes, not just one!

Of course, there’s always fishing. Lake Osakis has earned a reputation as a top walleye producer and with its diverse fish population, including panfish, crappies, northern and bullheads, it seems something is always hitting. Ice fishing is also available in our 16′ x 8′ heated fish houses! Lots to do… sandy beach, creek fishing, playground, volleyball, and game room.

You’ll enjoy your stay with us. We offer a bathhouse, soft water and electric hookups for RVs and dumping station. Tent camping is available. Campground guests have access to all the resort’s amenities. Make your reservations soon as space is limited.
